The Big Cheese PREMIUM Popcorn Topping

Freeze-dried cheddar and natural ingredients create this cheezy blend that is a perfect topping for your popcorn snack.  Ideally, we recommend melting/warming 1-2 Tbsp of butter or avocado oil and then adding a small amount ¼ tsp of this blend.  The warmth of the butter/oil will open up the oils in the blend and they will migrate into the butter/oil.  The result is that wherever the butter/oil is sprinkled, the popcorn will be permeated with this flavour... added bonus is that there isn't a collection of dry seasoning on the bottom of the bowl.  It can be used as a dry sprinkle too.  

There are plenty of off label uses for this blend too.  You can make a cheezy sauce by adding to butter, whipping cream or blended cottage cheese.  Best mac n' cheese ever! (great sauce for steamed cauliflower too)
