Tarragon (rubbed) 12g

Tarragon is a perennial herb in the sunflower family.  This leafy green herb is a staple in French cuisine.  It works particularly well with chicken and fish dishes as well as in vinaigrettes and sauces.  Added to white wine vinegar it infuses a muted anise-like flavour.
