Sour Cream & Onion PREMIUM Popcorn Topping

This is a REAL ingredient blend with freeze-dried sour cream, freeze dried Onion and Chives.   Ideally, we recommend melting/warming 1-2 Tbsp of butter or avocado oil and then adding a small amount ¼ tsp of this blend.  The warmth of the butter/oil will open up the oils in the blend and they will migrate into the butter/oil.  The result is that wherever the butter/oil is sprinkled, the popcorn will be permeated with this flavour... added bonus is that there isn't a collection of dry seasoning on the bottom of the bowl.  It can be used as a dry sprinkle too.   It is an amazing addition to any cheese or dairy based sauce.
