Sage (Rubbed) 20g
Rubbed Sage has a somewhat velvety texture and a stronger flavour than fresh. It is a natural fit with fatty meats like lamb but is also great with poultry or used in dressings and stuffings. If you want a milder flavour of sage, add it early in the cooking process otherwise, add near the end for a more robust hit of sage. Great in the filling of cabbage rolls.
