Poultry Brine Kit

Once you've brined a bird (chicken or turkey) you'll never go back to regular roasting!  One cup of this blend will brine 10 lbs of poultry.  One pouch will allow you to brine several chickens or turkey and a couple of chickens!  The kit includes 1 container of dry brine blend, instructions, a stuffing recipe, and a brining bag to make brining a big bird easier.
