How is this KETO?  Instead of using Brown Sugar, we use Swerve™ and tweak the remaining ingredients to bring the flavour profile back to the original (with sugar) blend. Gluten Free and Sugar Free!

Inspired by the robust BBQ style and ingredients from Tennessee, this blend gives your spare ribs a slightly smokey and very rich flavour in each bite.   If you love smokey sweet chicken wings, toss them with a little oil and this blend and fire it into the oven or airfryer for amazing results!  Tennesse is home to The Grand Ol Opry, Graceland and some amazing BBQ!
