Juniper Berries 35g

Juniper Berries (dried, whole) are a staple in Nordic cuisine, but are amazing with game meat and fowl.  They can be added to brines when brining pork or fish. It has a somewhat citrus/pine/resin flavour and is the quintessential flavour in traditional gin.  Add it to your rhubarb jam, or with orange and bay leaf in making a beautiful sauce for your pork chop.  So many possibilities...
