Garlic Slices can be used in a multitude of ways. You can create a sliced pocket in any pork, beef or lamb roast and tuck these into those pockets, or with chicken, place them under the skin or inside before roasting. Add them to soups, stews, stuffings, breads, casseroles, mashed or scalloped potatoes.
They can be rehydrated with a small amount of wine, butter or water before using.
