Fennel (Whole Seed) 40g

Fennel is such an interesting spice. It tastes like liquorice and brings out the best in so many foods that don't end up tasting liquorice-y. Many Italian food recipes feature fennel, whether it is fresh or dried seeds. Fun Fact: If you have fennel, you can toss a few dried seeds into your mouth to chew on as a breath freshener.
