Everything Bagel Topping 55g
This is not only a great topping for breads and bagels, but it goes great on avocado, salads and cooked vegetables!
Here's a super 2 ingredient bagel recipe: ⅞ cup plain greek yogurt, 1 cup self-rising flour. Mix. Let rest for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 equal parts. Roll the dough into a "snake" and attach the ends of the snake together to form a bagel shape. Place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, brush with egg wash (1egg +1Tbsp water) and sprinkle bagel topping. Bake at 300F for 20-30 minutes or until done.
