Cumin (Whole Seed) 50g
Whole Cumin is ideally toasted before use. In toasting it in a dry pan, it brings the oils to the surface and with that, a punch of flavour. If you grind it after toasting, you'll get a whopping great flavour! Used widely in Indian cuisine, Tex Mex and Mexican cuisine, cumin has a wonderful sweetness and aroma.
