Cinnamon Sticks (CEYLON) 25g

Also referred to as "True Cinnamon", this is a product of Sri Lanka.  It is a premium grade product.   These cinnamon sticks are visibly different from other cinnamon sticks in that they are a roll of thinner bark peel that is VERY brittle and delicate, but have strong aromatic qualities, and exceptional flavour.  There is a natural sweetness in Ceylon cinnamon.  You can use these sticks to infuse flavour into dishes or in tea, or grind it finely for baking/ cooking.  This is the best quality cinnamon I am able to source and I don't sell it pre ground because I want to keep the delicate aromatic oils intact until use.
