Depending on what you're making, start with ¼ to ½ tsp then add, to taste, for soups, chowders, casseroles, cream sauces and more. If you're enjoying steamed lobster or mussels, add a couple of pinches to your melted butter for added flavour! You can sprinkle a pinch on the tomato of your BLT!
