Chili - Mulato Chili (Whole dried) 17g

The Mulato Chili is a dried (fully matured on the vine) Poblano pepper.  The Ancho is a Poblano that is harvested early then dried, by comparison.  The flavour of a Mulato has chocolate, cherry, licorice and tobacco notes.  It is rated approximately 2,500 - 3,000 Scoville heat units and offers a moderately mild heat.
