Chili - Guajillo (Whole dried) 15g

The Guajillo chili is the dried Mirasol chili.  It is one of the most popular dried chilis used in Mexico right behind the Ancho chili.  Rated at 1500 -5000 Scoville heat units, it is a mildly spicy chili.  Its delicate flavour makes it ideal for chicken and fish dishes. Used dried or rehydrated and pulverized, it is great in marinades, rubs, salsas and soups.
