Caraway Seed 45g

From breads to sauerkraut to schnitzel, Caraway seeds are highly fragrant but bring a mild anise flavour.  It also has qualities of citrus and pepper.  So complex but so versatile.  Fun fact, it is the key ingredient in aquavit!
