Celery Seed 40g

Celery seed is, as you probably thought, from the celery plant.  The seeds, in whole form are about the size of poppy seeds, and are great used in sauces, salad dressings, bread stuffings for poultry, brines, and goes great with tomatoes. (BBQ sauce, Ketchup, Bloody Mary drinks, Bloody Caesar and more.  It is both aromatic and astringent, like the leaves and stalks of celery but packs a bigger punch in a smaller form.
