If you love dill pickles, you will love this vibrant popcorn topping.
Like all of our popcorn toppings, a little goes a long way to achieve a big flavour. While this blend can be sprinkled (dry) onto popped corn, we highly recommend melting 2TBSP butter or warming avocado oil then adding ¼ tsp of the topping to the butter or oil and mixing it in. The warmth will open up all the aromatics and the oils in the spices will migrate into the butter or oil. That way, when you drizzle this topping onto popped corn, the popcorn will be permeated with all this flavour and there won't be dry popcorn topping at the bottom of your snack bowl.
- Roasted potatoes. Toss small new potatoes in olive oil, roast at 425°F for 25 minutes, finish with the dill pickle topping while still hot.
- On a Caesar. Of course!! A pinch in the actual cocktail, or use as a rimmer, or dust some on top of a celery stick garnish. Pickle and tomato are old friends.
- Kettle chips. Dump a bag of plain salted kettle chips into a bowl, drizzle with a tablespoon of warm avocado oil, sprinkle the topping, toss. Homemade dill chips in 60 seconds.
- French fries. Same trick. Warm fries straight from the oven, a pinch of topping, toss in the bag.
- Deviled eggs. Mix a pinch into the yolk filling, dust the tops.
- Cream cheese on a bagel. A small sprinkle on top instead of plain pepper. Breakfast in three minutes.
- Scrambled eggs. A pinch in the pan with the eggs as they set.

- Cheesy Biscuits. Sprinkle onto grated cheese before incorporating into the biscuit batter

- Potato Rösti. Add this topping to your grated potato mixture before pan frying.
