Pizza / Pasta Spice 45g

What turns tomato sauce into pizza sauce? This spice blend!  If you take 1 can of diced tomatoes and ½ can of tomato paste and cook it up in a sauté pan then add 1-2 Tbsp of this spice blend, you'll have a great pizza sauce.  For a nice pasta sauce, use a little less tomato paste and add your boiled and drained pasta to that pan.  Heat up the pan with both sauce and pasta, add a bit of the pasta water and cook down to a nice saucy consistency.  Easy vegan dinner... done!  It also goes great on plain pizza dough that has been rubbed with olive oil.  Sprinkle a generous amount, rub into the oil and bake.  Easy snack bread.
