Chili - Pulla Chili / Puya Chili (Whole dried) 15g

With varied spellings of Pulla / Puya this is a pepper similar to the Guajillo but smaller and hotter.  It has a slightly fruity aroma and flavour which makes it ideal for pork, chicken, fish,  salsas, soups and more.  It is rated at 5,000 - 8,000 Scoville heat units. By comparison, it is similar in heat to a fresh jalapeno pepper.
