Anise Seed (whole) 45g

Anise is both aromatic and sweet. The flavour and aroma of anise seed is mildly like licorice.  In Western cuisine it is used to flavour dishes, drinks and candy.  In India and Pakistan, it is taken as a digestive after meals.
