Tidal Bay Seafood Spice 55g

Tidal Bay Seafood Spice is a play on the "Old Bay Seasoning" that is popular in the eastern seaboard of the USA.  Our "Tidal Bay" seasoning is a lighter brighter wildly flavourful blend to perk up everything from white fish to chicken, soups, salad dressings, shellfish and fishcakes, to name a few.  It has cardamom as its "top note" so this amazing fresh, fragrant and light flavour permeates the dish.  It brings out the true flavour of everything it touches.  Note: a little goes a long way, use as a light seasoning. This is great paired with the Nova Scotia signature "Tidal Bay" wines.

This seasoning is also great on popcorn, corn on the cob, and potatoes.
