Chili - Aleppo (ground) 55g

Used in Turkish, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines primarily, this chili has a mild to medium heat.  It has fruity top notes and almost cumin undertones.  It has a slow building heat so while it starts out somewhat mild, it warms to a medium heat.
